Since 1998, Elliott has attended many Lindy camps, workshops, exchanges and events around the U.S. and the world. In 1999 he and Jason Christodoulou co-founded Loose Change, a performance troupe dedicated to fusing lindy hop with elements of hip hop, acid jazz, house and break. He has run his own workshops, dances, camps, has produced CD's and instructional videos and has performed in dance events and competitions locally and internationally. He continues to work with Loose Change as a performer and as one of the groups principal directors.

Elliott started teaching and performing with Catrine Ljunggren in the Spring of 2002. Together Elliott and Catrine have taught at the Dance Camp (2002 and 2003) in Minneapolis Minnesota, and in various camps and workshops throughout Northern California.

Elliott lives and dances in San Francisco.
